Returns & Refunds
We are dedicated to ensuring that all our products are of the highest quality and that any defects are eliminated before they are shipped.
However, if your item is damaged during packing or has a defect we will endeavour to refund your cost or send a replacement ASAP.
To ensure that we can process your refund or return, ensure that :
- Your email is titled in the following format <Refund/ Replacement request for [Order number]> to ensure that we can easily process your request.
- You should email us requesting a refund within 5 days after receiving the product.
- You should attach an image of the defect to ensure we can address any faults in our distribution center that may be the cause.
- The item must be in the original packaging
- We will process a return except in instances of General wear and tear or Dented packaging.
Once we have received your email and approve of a replacement or refund, we will contact you to proceed with your request.
Replacement will be shipped within 3 business days.
Refunds will be processed after the defective product is shipped back and received with its original packaging. We will send a return address and refund the cost of the product only.
The refund will be processed to the original credit card or method of payment within 3-5 business days.
We will reserve the right to deny any requests for refunds that do not meet our guidelines.
